Warranty

All Norden's manufactured products carry a lifetime warranty against failures or defects in workmanship, materials, manufacturing, and mechanical function, and is fully transferable. No need to keep track of a receipt, no need to prove you are the original owner. So long as it has our Norden mark, if something isn't right, we'll fix it or replace it.

Our lifetime warranty does NOT cover misuse of product, intentional damage/destruction or normal wear & tear. Not sure if your product qualifies under a warranty? Just send us an email with a description and pictures and we will take a close look.

Warranty Process

The following warranty process will be followed - NO EXCEPTIONS.

  1. If you are having trouble, email help@nordenknives.com with a description of your issue. Photos are helpful!
  2. We will get back to you ASAP - in most cases by the next business day.
  3. If we determine that your product needs to be repaired or replaced, we will send you a shipping label with an RMA number.
  4. Print off the shipping label, and drop it in the mail for us.
  5. We will repair or replace your product and ship it back to you.
