Return Policy

We stand behind our products 100%. All Norden products are guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. These can be returned WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE to the following address for a refund minus our restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Restocking Fee

Any order returned that is not defective or damaged will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to the time of shipment. We cannot cancel orders that have been shipped. We typically ship orders very quickly, so if you place an order, then decide to email us cancelling the order, there's a good chance we will ship your order before we see your email. Generally speaking, if you place an order, it's shipping. If you need to cancel it BEFORE IT SHIPS, then calling is your best chance.

Changes to Orders

Once you place your order, we cannot make modifications to the order outside of a shipping address change.
